Q: How is shipping calculated?

A: We offer Free Shipping with a minimum purchase order. If purchase does not meet the minimum purchase offered at that time shipping is calculated at checkout.

 

Q: Where will my product ship from?

A: Our main facility is in Irvine, Ca. We do also have several other warehouses across the United States. Please call us to check stock and availability. 949-863-1418

 

Q: What happens if my purchase is on backorder?

A: We are an Authorized Dealer for the manufactures that we sell. There are instances where an item may be on backorder. You will be notified immediately and offered alternative options if available or a full refund anytime before the order ships.

 

Q: What happens if I receive the wrong part?

A: We a high volume of product daily. Mistakes do happen. We strive to provide quality customer service; if your order is shipped incorrectly we will be more than happy to correct the problem as fast as we can. Q: When will my order ship?

A: All orders have a 1-2 business day processing time before shipping. Any further delay such as a backorder will be communicated.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We ship to most countries through USPS mail. Shipping cost varies for each product and country. Please contact us for specifics.

 

Q: I need my item quick, how do I know if it is in stock and if I can do express shipping?

A: Ask us! Our friendly staff is available Monday- Thursday 8am- 4:30pm PST and Friday 8am-2:30pm PST.

 

Q: What is the cut off time to have my order shipped same day?

A: For all in stock items shipping UPS orders must be placed by 3pm PST.
